While driving to work this morning I heard this song by Gungor and thought how fitting for our new garden, spring time and Easter.
It reminded me of this verse as well–Psalm 139: 13-16
For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
Hope you enjoy this beautiful day God has provided for us!
“Beautiful Things” by Gungor | from the album Beautiful Things
All this pain
I wonder if I’ll ever find my way
I wonder if my life could really change at all
All this earth
Could all that is lost ever be found
Could a garden come up from this ground at allYou make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of usAll around
Hope is springing up from this old ground
Out of chaos life is being found in YouYou make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of usYou make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of usYou make me new, You are making me new
You make me new, You are making me new
You are making me newYou make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of usYou make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of usYou make me new, You are making me new
You make me new, You are making me new
