Got a birthday coming up next weekend for our niece’s birthday who’s going to turn four. I’m running in my head some ideas for some pretty, frilly dress-up skirts.
I found a couple ideas out there that say to cut the fabric on the bias…and in a circle…that sounds hard!

When you cut it in the circle, I think it will come out on the bias anyway. You can check out my little tutorial on my blog for the two layered skirt. I think it’s called All Aflutter — I lose track! Good luck!
